Director Statement
I want to reveal the feelings of struggle and frustration if we refuse to talk about our doubts but make ourselves isolated from others. We need to get rid of the fear of judgment and find someone to share what we are concerned about or thinking about. Holding our own thoughts-- especially negative thoughts-- is like swallowing slow-acting poison. It doesn’t mean the issue we confront will be solved right after we tell; however, it is a healing and growing process for us to become refreshed again and get to know more about ourselves.
