For Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere, FOLKS was tasked with creating visuals that quietly support the story, never pulling focus and always enhancing what’s already on screen.
Under the leadership of VFX Supervisor Laurent Spillemaecker and VFX Producer Marie-Pierre Boucher, the team brought audiences back to the 1980s by subtly reshaping Los Angeles and New York City, extended environments like the “Mansion on the Hill” which inspired the iconic song by Bruce Springsteen, and added digital crowd work to create the scale and energy of a live performance worthy of The Boss.
