Italian luxury fashion house Zegna has launched an exclusive partnership with Californian label The Elder Statesman. Known for its free-spirited aesthetic, The Elder Statesman’s psychedelic tie-dye patterns and vibrant palette impart a playful feel to Zegna’s impeccably soft Oasi Cashmere. The cashmere itself is born in Oasi Zegna — the 100km² natural territory in the Italian Alps from which the brand sources the finest of materials, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and responsibility.

Given that the creative partnership between Zegna and The Elder Statesman features purely cashmere garments, it was imperative to create a 3D film that captures the soft and elegant tactility of the Oasi Cashmere. Furthermore, the creative challenge was to communicate the union of the two fashion powerhouses by subtly combining the colours synonymous with each brand and by doing so, creating a mesmerising gradient.
