Spark | Short Film (2025) — Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg

The young rebel Qi-Ra infiltrates an abandoned space station to find information
about her father, who has been missing for years. While searching the station’s old
holographic system for clues, she doesn’t realize she’s triggered an alarm and that
guards are approaching. It’s only when a spaceship docks at the station that she is
distracted from her deep search and notices the guards. However, she has already
discovered that her father is still alive and seemingly on the station. Is he one of the
guards? Is he a prisoner? Qi-Ra will find out as soon as the door to the control room
opens...
