Instead of leather interior options, Volvo Cars will offer Nordico. This is a new material for interiors and it consists of textiles made from recycled material such as PET bottles, bio-attributed material from sustainable forests in Sweden and Finland along with corks recycled from the wine industry – setting a new standard for premium interior design.

In this film, we have animated the process of transforming the PET bottle into a carpet in the new Volvo C40.
