All these different 'bugs' have their own personality that fits their disease perfectly. Kopfus Klopfus will pound your head with his giant fists, to induce a horrible headache. Schnupfus Maximus will clog your nose like there's no tomorrow. And Fiebrus Plagus taunts his victims with his warm feverish hands, sneaking up on them from behind.

Luckily the medicine scares off the bugs, quite literally, and you'll feel all better again.
