Alex is hunted across treacherous video-game universes, dodging the jaws of a mechanical predator, surviving the crossfire of deranged shooters, and confronting a mysterious mystical creature. But when he wakes from the simulation, he realizes that losing may be far more dangerous than he imagined.

Consumed by his greed, the knight forgets what was once most important in his life. Will their love prevail?
